Plan your week in minutes, not hours.
Weeko is a weekly task planner for iPhone. Brain-dump everything on your mind, let AI sort and schedule it around your real calendar, and finish the week without juggling a dozen lists.
Weeko helps people who already use a calendar — for work or for life — but still need a separate place to capture small tasks, recurring routines, and weekly intentions. Instead of forcing you to schedule each task manually, Weeko reads the busy time slots already on your calendar and proposes a balanced weekly plan around them.
You stay in control. Every proposed plan is reviewed before anything is written back to your calendar, and only the time-blocks you explicitly accept become real calendar events. Weeko never reads or stores the titles, notes, or attendees of your existing events — only when you are free or busy.
Type or dictate a task in your own words. Weeko's AI extracts a clean title, picks a category, estimates duration, and infers a due date — so you can move on instead of filling forms.
"Plan My Week" turns your task list into a realistic weekly schedule. It uses your work windows, your preferences, and the free time on your connected calendar — and skips the slots where you're already busy.
Set recurring routines, track what you actually finish each week, and see honest weekly stats. No streaks bullying, no inbox of overdue items — just a fresh plan every Monday.
Today Your day at a glance — tasks with smart category icons, durations and due dates.
AI enrichment Rough input becomes a clean task with category, duration and a sensible due date.
Plan My Week Weekly time-blocks proposed around your existing calendar — you accept what works.
Connect your calendar so Weeko can plan your week around your existing events. We show this same summary inside the app, on the consent drawer that appears before any calendar permission is requested.
Apple Calendar & Google Calendar: the behaviour is identical for both providers. Weeko requests the narrowest scope it needs to read free/busy windows and to write only the events you explicitly accept. For the full data policy — including third-party processors, retention, and your GDPR / CCPA rights — see our Privacy Policy.

Weeko is developed and operated by Pina Studio, a trading name of ILLIA SHCHEDRYI, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP/VAT: 5272852694), with registered address at Nowy Swiat 33/13, 00-029 Warsaw, Poland. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, contact us at info.weeko@gmail.com. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account and using the app: • Account data: your email address and authentication tokens via Google OAuth. • Task & routine data: titles, descriptions, notes, due dates, durations, categories, priorities, and statuses that you enter. • Scheduling preferences: your active hours, work windows per day, buffer minutes, and category priority weights. • Calendar data: your selected Google Calendar ID; we read only busy/free time slots — never event titles or descriptions. • Device context: your device timezone identifier, locale, and notification permission status. • Voice input: microphone audio is processed locally by on-device Speech Recognition and is never stored or transmitted.
Task text is sent to OpenAI solely to parse and enrich your tasks (extracting titles, categories, and due dates). Your Google Calendar event titles and descriptions are never shared with any third party — only anonymous busy/free time slots are used for scheduling.
We use the information we collect exclusively to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Weeko service. • Process your tasks and routines using AI to extract structured information. • Generate intelligent weekly schedule proposals based on your preferences and calendar availability. • Send you in-app notifications and technical communications related to your account. • Maintain the security and integrity of our service. We do not use your personal data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating Weeko.
We use the following third-party services to operate Weeko: • Supabase — our backend database and authentication provider. Your tasks, routines, preferences, and account data are stored in Supabase's PostgreSQL database. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf. • Google — we use Google OAuth for sign-in and Google Calendar API to read your calendar availability and write accepted scheduled tasks. Google's Privacy Policy applies to these interactions. • OpenAI — task text is sent to OpenAI's API to parse and enrich task details. Data is processed solely for this purpose and is subject to OpenAI's data processing agreement. • N8N — our workflow automation platform that orchestrates tasks between Supabase, Google, and OpenAI. It processes your data as a data processor under our instructions. • PostHog — we use PostHog for product analytics to understand how you use Weeko and improve the experience. PostHog collects anonymised usage events (such as feature interactions and screen views) linked to your user ID. Your data is hosted on PostHog's EU Cloud infrastructure and does not leave the European Economic Area. PostHog acts as a data processor under our instructions. You can request deletion of your analytics data by contacting us at info.weeko@gmail.com. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other third parties.
Weeko's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, with respect to data obtained from Google Workspace APIs (Google Calendar): • We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve user-facing features of Weeko that are prominent in the requesting application — namely, reading busy/free time slots so the app can propose a weekly schedule that avoids conflicts, and writing only those events the user has explicitly accepted in the schedule proposal. • We do not transfer Google user data to any third party except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with the user's explicit consent. • We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, including targeted, retargeted, or personalised advertising. • We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except (a) with the user's affirmative consent for specific messages, (b) when necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) when the data has been aggregated and anonymised and is used for internal operations. • We do not use Google user data, including any data obtained from Google Workspace APIs, to develop, improve, or train generalised AI and/or machine learning models. Google Calendar event titles and descriptions are never sent to OpenAI or any other AI provider; only anonymous busy/free time slots are used for scheduling and they are not retained for training purposes.
We protect personal information — including sensitive scopes data obtained from Google APIs (Google Calendar) — through the following measures:
• Encryption in transit: All network communication between the Weeko iOS app, our n8n workflow backend, Supabase, OpenAI, and Google APIs uses TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS). Plain-text HTTP is disallowed by the app's Info.plist App Transport Security configuration.
• Encryption at rest: User data stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted in Supabase and are never written to the device's local storage or shared with any third party.
• Token storage on device: Supabase session tokens on the iOS device are stored in the iOS Keychain, protected by the device's Secure Enclave with kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlock-equivalent access control.
• Access control: Backend access to Supabase is gated by row-level security (RLS) policies that restrict every row to its owning auth.uid(). Production credentials for Google APIs, OpenAI, and Supabase service-role keys are stored as encrypted environment variables in n8n and are accessible only to the workflow operator.
• Least-privilege scope: Weeko requests only the minimum Google scopes required for its prominent user-facing feature (weekly schedule proposal): openid, email, profile, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly (list calendars + read busy/free), and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events (write only events you explicitly accept). We do not request the full restricted …/auth/calendar scope, nor Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google scope.
• Data minimisation: When reading Google Calendar, Weeko's n8n workflow extracts only the start and end times of busy events. Event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, and conferencing URLs are discarded and never persisted to our database or sent to any AI provider.
• Logging and monitoring: Application logs are scrubbed of personal data and OAuth tokens. Production logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
• Breach notification: If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your Google user data, we will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours, in accordance with GDPR Article 33.
• Token revocation & deletion: When you delete your Weeko account (Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account), we revoke the stored Google OAuth refresh token and permanently delete all personal data, including any cached Google Calendar metadata, within 30 days.
• Vendor due diligence: All sub-processors (Supabase, OpenAI, n8n, PostHog) are bound by data-processing agreements that mirror the protections required by GDPR Article 28 and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Some of the third-party services we use operate infrastructure in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence: • Supabase (database & authentication) — data processed in the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). • OpenAI (AI task parsing) — data processed in the US under OpenAI's data processing agreement and SCCs. • N8N (workflow automation) — data processed under our instructions as a data processor. PostHog (analytics) data is hosted exclusively on PostHog's EU Cloud infrastructure and does not leave the European Economic Area. For all US-bound transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection to that required under EU law.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Weeko service. If you delete your account through the Account Settings screen in the app, all your personal data — including tasks, routines, preferences, and account information — will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable data for service improvement purposes.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. • Right to restriction — request that we limit how we process your data. • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests. • Right to lodge a complaint — you may lodge a complaint with your national Data Protection Authority (DPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info.weeko@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Find your national DPA
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): • Right to know — request disclosure of the personal information we collect, use, or disclose about you. • Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. • Right to opt-out of sale — we do not sell your personal information to third parties. • Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. We do not use your User Content for advertising, model training, or any purpose beyond operating the service.
Weeko uses artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance your experience. Specifically: • Task enrichment: When you create or edit a task, the raw text you enter may be sent to OpenAI's API to automatically extract the task title, category, due date, duration, and priority. • Schedule proposals: Your task list, preferences, and anonymised calendar availability (busy/free slots only) are used to generate weekly schedule suggestions. Your data sent to OpenAI is governed by OpenAI's Data Processing Agreement. OpenAI does not use your data to train its models under our enterprise agreement. Your Google Calendar event titles and descriptions are never shared with any AI service.
Weeko is currently free to download and use with no in-app purchases. We may introduce optional paid features in a future version. If and when paid features are introduced, we will provide clear pricing information and obtain your explicit consent before any charges are made.
